Relax into life & God
My Child, hand over the tension, hand over the stress, hand over the fear and the need to try and make ends meet. I am your source. I am your provision. I am your safety and security. Abide in Me and all that you require will be provided to you with love, peace, ease and grace. Trust. Remember. All is well. It’s time to let go of the struggle and embrace the ease in which I provide and protect you, always.

Tonight in meditation time with God I heard Him say - “relax into life, My child. Relax.”
And I felt all this tension begin to leave my body as God revealed to me all the areas where I’d been holding onto tension, fears, stress, worries and anxieties for what felt like lifetimes.
God revealed to me that to live in stress, fear, angst is to live in separation from the love, peace, calm, harmony, provision and divine wellbeing that our Creator desires us to rest in, to receive in and to live in. To allow ourselves to soften and relax INTO life instead of fighting, resisting and arguing with it.
Life is to be enjoyed, to be delighted in not to be spent in perpetual stress and struggle. Yet this is how most of our world operates in resistance, in fear, in angst instead of softening, relaxing and allowing.
Where in your body do you feel tension, the need to fight, to struggle, to hold on?
What if in this moment you decided to hand all the tension, fears and angst over to God and asked to be softened, to be relaxed into life, to receive and enjoy the creative ebbs and flows of life and the Divine.
Allow yourself to rest in God and the love, peace, purpose and provision He has for you instead of trying to figure it all out on your own and burning yourself out in the process.
Jesus, please soften my heart, please soften my mind and release all fears, worries, anxieties and tensions out of my life, mind, body and spirit and please restore me in the peace, love, purpose and provision of the Most High. Please help me to relax into life, to soften into life and to go forth with a gentle heart, a calm spirit and a mind filled with love and wellbeing.

You are here to love and be loved and you are allowed to relax and lean into life and to enjoy this life you are in.
Allow yourself to relax. Breathe in deeply, exhale deeply and know that ALL IS WELL.
It truly is.
Heavenly Father, I surrender and release to you all the ways in which prevent me from living a life in peace, love, joy, deep relaxation and receiving your blessings, Lord. Please heal my heart and help me to relax into life and You, God. In Jesus Name, Amen.
